Privacy

No cookies are set, and no personal data is collected.

This site is self-hosted on my own infrastructure in Germany (Strato, and Hetzner in Nürnberg) — no US cloud providers in the stack.

Analytics — self-hosted Plausible. Page views and referrers are measured with Plausible Analytics, an open-source tool I run myself on my own server, not a third-party SaaS. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To produce aggregate stats — pages viewed, time on page, referrers — it turns your IP address and browser user-agent into an anonymized hash that resets every day, so there's no way to identify you or track you across separate visits. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Plausible skips measuring the visit entirely.

Legal basis: this relies on legitimate interest in understanding anonymous usage well enough to keep the site technically sound, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Nothing is shared with third parties.

you actually read the privacy policy.

That's rare enough to earn something most visitors never find: an unlisted, unfinished piece — one continuous trip through space, a mountain landing, a city, a house, and a tunnel of light, ending at a single button. Still rough around the edges. Consider it a preview.
